Can I cut diabitic medicines
I want to reverse my diabetes I want to be without medicine My recent hba1c level is 5,.. My sugar level is under control so my doctor advised me to take half tablet for 2 months and then test HP a1c,.. so please suggest it's better to take half sugar tablet the name is glimature M1

Work towards building a bit of muscle and strength training. Start slowly. You should follow the advice of the doctor who has physically seen you. That's the best advice you can get. Not on any online platform. Yes you can reduce your medicines and even look at managing your disease without them in the long run. It's safer to take it as it comes and not force reversal- does not work for everyone.

I disagree unless you are having hypoglycaemia. Otherwise with medication it’s under control. So continue same medication. Or follow advice of your treating doctor

Yes you can very well control your diabetes without medicine but it's a long term process. It needs your dedication for lifestyle modification. As of medicines, please continue treatment as per your prescription
