I have a four month old whom I'm breastfeeding I had a period in February but missed my period in March could I be pregnant or is it from breastfeeding

Breast feeding is not a fool proof method of contraception ...although many ladies miss their periods during BF but many of them conceive also ,so precautions need to be taken to avoid conception
