Can I be pregnant ?

I and my partner had sex on 23oct,n accidently he cummed in me but i took unwanted 72 20min later the sex . I get irregular periods and last I had my periods in sep it started n continued for a week and again started after 10 days it finally stopped on 14 sep n I haven't got periods yet....after that so can I be pregnant?
