Can I be pregnant? In this case?

Dear doctor, my boyfriend and I havent had sex and any direct rubbing between my vagina and his penis yet. But last week's wednesday we were lying next to each other, he was wearing a boxer while I was wearing nothing. He had a precum spot on his boxer ( the thigh part ) and after that I might have touched my vagina to that spot. Can i be pregnant in this case? I was about to end my period that day, only a little blood left when it happened. After that 7 hours I drank morning after pill. And after 5 days I got bleeding for almost 3 days, quite heavy but less than period blood. And after 8 days I my body has started having light aches in different parts of my body, shoulders, arms, legs and chest. I've also had hot flashed too. I've been extremely stressed these days. I wonder if these are pregnancy signs or just signs of stress. Please help me. Thank you very much!
