Can hypothyroidism patients be skinny?
Hello Sir/Madam, I'm 20 now and female. At the age of 17 i got typhoid which led to thyroid. Initially they said it is hyperthyroid but i was put on thyroxine medication. But I'm skinny from the beginning. Due to thyroid i got bone deformations and hence bow legs. My orthopedist says that thyroxine is used to treat hypothyroidism and due to that i got this bone deformities. So my query is can a patient of hypothyroidism be skinny or else only hyperthyroidism patients would be skinny. I had all t
