I am 23 years of old I am suffering from bulging disc l4 l5 s1 area in right side since 6 year and now the pain in my left leg like current passing when sleeping walking or sneezing and I can't feel pain in right leg now it's in my left legcan it be permanently cured I m cricketer can I play cricket as before after physiotherapy I am feeling some relax and how many days to healed permanently bulging disc
