Can a deviated septum cause astigmatism?
I have a DNS since a very long time. Now since the past year my sight has been reduced as i see blurred and less saturated images. Great difficulty is reading as i see shadows around and under the letters. Driving at night is a problem due to hallows and glares from the lights.

Dns does not cause refractory errors. Please get your refraction done again. And use glasses as per prescription.

No DNS as such does not cause astigmatism. You are advised to get your eyes checked for Refraction, it's possible that you have had a refractory error since some time but never felt the need.
