Calpol Dosage on SOS

My daughter is 2 years 9 months old. She is having fever since yesterday. My pead has advised calpol 250 syrup on SOS basis (4ml). I want to know what should be the minimum gap between 2 sose. What if her fever comes back within an hour or so What is the maximum number of times she can take calpol.
