Calories requirements in pregnancy
I'm in 17 wks pregnancy, and eat around 1300-1400 calories per day( I have BMI 27). Is it necessary to increase my calorie intake? My doctor advised to take low GI diet ( got 177mg/dl in GCT test) but my weight decreased with  that. Shud i eat more or not plz advice.
