Calf muscle sprain
I have severe pain while walking in my calf muscle as i did hiking of about 500 steps up and down and did  jogging for about 7 kms. Is there a remedy for this pain

I am assuming it's a sudden bout of intense unaccustomed exercise. If that's the case, you are suffering from delayed onset muscular soreness (DOMS).

Repeat exercise with lesser intensity and duration. Incorporate stretching and ice fomentation. Please avoid pain killers, it will reduce adaptive changes in the muscle.
