Hi...my wife is 32 week pregnant. My doctor prescribed "Aricam Max" tablet since long period which has calcium 1000mg, folic acid 400mcg, boron 1.5 mg, EPA 90 mg, DHA 60mg and methcobalamin 1500mcg but it has not Vitamin D3 which is essential component. Medicine image attached
However she is giving vito 60k higher dose in lieu. I am afraid from such higher doses. Doctors pls suggest the tablet which has all above components with Viamin D3 for pregnant women. Can she take Advincal tablet and Maxitrol plus. Image attached
