Calcium tablet
Good evening sir/ madam, Right now am in my 17th week until today I haven't took calcium tablet and iron tablet because of nausea and frequent vomitings can I put calcium tablet in water until it's dissolved and then take it ? Does if affect the dosage will I receive enough calcium if I dissolve in small amount of water and then take please reply thank youu .

Drink a big glass of milk twice a day and take calcium supplement. It is important. The normal calcium tablet doesn't dissolve like that.
