I have gastritis /acidity issues burning sensation in stomach . Im calcium and vit d deficient Can i take calcium sandows ? A doctor (ayurvedic ) suggested me to take pinch of lime water and drink it , i dont feel its safe Can i take calcium sandows?

Its better to take it only if the calcium is low. Stop it once levels are ok.
