instead of milk... u can take yoghurt, buttermilk, cheese , tofu, eggs, broccoli, green beans, almonds n many more other veg/nonveg food items. in milk u can add any sharbat like rose, chandan-kesar,thandhai, mother horlicks,any protein powder,elaichi,strawberry or other fruit squashes.
