Hi Doctor My mother is facing sever headache,ear pain,dizziness from 5 months. Went for CT scan Found these problems I have attached reports. Please look into this. Please tell me what does it means? And whats the solution for it? Is it serious problems?

Her symptoms can be due to deviated nasal septum. If you are not having seizure or any episode of unresponsiveness then calcified granuloma is not an issue
