ULTRA SONOGRAPHY OF NECK o Calcified atherosclerotic plaque noted at bilateral carotid bulb extending into internal carotid artery causing almost 40-50 % luminal stenosis. o Bilateral thyroid lobe and isthmus appears normal. o B/L cervical lymph nodes normal. O BIL submandibular and parotid seen normal. No evidence of any soft tissue edema. o Cervical fatty tissue normal echogenicity. Carotid bifurcation seen normal. o No evidence of mass lesion seen at neck region.
