Hi my wife delivery a baby through caesarian 10 days back..please suggest what foods she can eat..also is milk prohibited after caesarian?which fruits or food to eat to increase breast milk?

She can eat everything including milk. Fruits like papaya ..apple are gud.

Contrary to common belief,Caesarean delivery does NOT require ANY restrictions in the diet,in fact,a good healthy balanced diet will hasten healing,as will movement by the mother,strict bed rest will only prolong healing period. Similarly,NO specific diet will increase lactation,but regular suckling by the baby WILL. Give her a balanced diet including milk products and fruits,and non vegetarian food if she likes.
