C section stiches problem

I am 22 yr old,in 4 April 2019,i have done c- section operation for second baby,but some personal emergency me n family gone out of station n my stitches was not cuted yet n still now its paining,n now i want to remove my stitches but i didn't getting any appointment so wht to do its too much pain
