C- ANCA 14.65
Dear Doctors,
My anti tb treatment is going on from last 4 months. Lymphnodes size has been reduced but infection has spread in lungs. Today my ANCA report came C- ANCA is 14.65 and P - ANCA is 1.33. What does this mean can anyone please tell?

Pl do sputum for Afb and sputum for cb natt test and revert back with reports. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
