Bus travel during early pregnancy

Hello doctor, I am 4-5 week pregnant and I need to travel by sleeper ac bus for 10 hours. I wanted to ask if is it safe. Are there any chances of miscarriage? Also, I am working as a college professor and need to travel daily for about 1 hour to reach college by bus. Please guide me how safe it is.

Travel by bus in early pregnancy is not at all recommended .... you can you arrange a cab for you to travel to your college daily... 10 hours of travel is not advisable at all
