Burping lot
Over eat causes burping a lot... I had h Pylori Infection few months back after taken treatment symptoms litter bit gone... I do walk and exercise daily for 1 hour two times but.. Still burping not going.. Today morning burping lot.. Please give solution for it

Have light dinner and don't lie immediately after eating. Decrease water intake after dinner. Take PPI both before Breakfast and dinner. Avoid spicy foods

Burping means passing of gas through mouth. When gas moves in opposite direction that is upwards it causes discomfort and burping. Indigestion of food can cause production of excessive gas in stomach.
Next Steps
Easily digestible food,  soft food. less spicy food to consume. regular meal time. Plenty of water to drink.
