Burping and vomit senses
Hi for past 2-3 weeks I have been burping mostly in the night. Whenever I start having vomiting senses burping started. I also have Headache along with it. I am planning to conceive but found home test -ve. Please suggest what is my next step?

Hello gastritis should be ruled out drink plenty of water
Avoid spicy food.
Have food 2 to 3 hrs prior to sleep
Sleep with head eleavated position by using 2 or more pillows beneath your head consult physician for further evaluation and treatment
