Burping all day after eating anything even after drinking water
Please help me
Can't visit to hospital due to covid situation
Earlier used medication for sneezing as allergic to almost everything
Sneezing was stopped but now it's again started and now more worse

Burping is mainly due to gastritis and unhealthy food habits
Take smaller meals and Avoid fatty fried foods
Don’t drink water along with food , drink atleast half to one hour after food
Watch for food allergies or foods that increase symptoms , many people have allergy from Milk and they don’t find out till late
