  4. Burnt with oil. Valuable suggestions.

Hello dr. My 3 year old child accidentally burnt with hot oil.he got a big wound on his hip. We immediately consult with dr .he prescribed silverex tube and antibiotic syrup..I give him continuesly for 4 days.and apply cream 2-3 times in a day.but no recovery at all..I attache picture of his wound..plz give your valuable suggestions..thanks

Hi.Pls do consult a surgeon..Wound has to be thoroughly cleaned and debrided.Needs regular dressings and antibiotics.

Hi I'm  sorry for your baby. The wound need to be debrided and dressing has to be applied and later you can continue with the ointment and syrup
