Burning vagina

Asked for Female, 17 Years

I had sex yesterday and I know That you can get a yeast infection or bladder infection from sex. My vagina burns when I urinate and I bled a little bit. There’s also a blister type thing on my vagina. I took an emergency contraceptive yesterday also. I just Want to know if it’s something major or something small like a bladder or yeast infection.
