Burning sense swelling veins on erection

Question

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Upon erection there is a slight depression in lower base of penis connecting body and burning sensation inside, especially after urination or ejaculation. The veins seems to protrude out, slight pain in base upon erection and very slight numbness and difficulty in maintaing erection as if blood flow is obstructed at the depression. Please suggest medications or problems. Thanks.
