Burning sensation on tip

Asked for Male, 39 Years

Hope advise comes from Sr Urologist doctors. I am suffering with burning sensation on the tip of my penis since 2 months. I taken Levo - 500 tabs for 20 days slightly problem reduced but not completely eliminated. Pls diagnose me.
