Burning sensation in urin

I frequently urinate between 8 pm to 10 pm and blood comes at that time and also have back pain n abdomen pain when I eat other full day it is normal are this signs of pregnancy

Please do a urine pregnancy test if you have missed periods. It could be UTI rather than pregnancy. Do a urine routine and culture. Revert with reports
