Burning pain at the tip of penis

Asked for Male, 34 Years

Received Oral sex from a girl who is clean but a few days later felt buring sensation at the tip of penis. Also some pressure on the testicles and now minor pain in the lower abdomen sometimes. Took Cipro 500mg for 7 days twice a day. Finished the medicine and the symptoms returned.
