  4. Burning n irritation urine. Pls help me!

Burning n irritation urine
Hi doctor, I'm Meenu, 31 years, I have urge to urinate often, 7 times I got urine infection this year, pain during intercourse, vaginal white discharge, cloudy urine, so got tested n the report which says : turbid, pus cells 4-6, epithelial cells - plenty .. What sud I be doing.. Im so worried.. Pls help me
