Burning knots of pain
There is a deep burning twisting knotvin the base of my esophagus and in between my rib cage where it seperates also at base of esophagus center/ pit of my body. Also same knot in my upper right should blade closer to my spine. These knots are killing me. My arms and hands fingers numb or heavy . Can't open a can with manual can opener neck hurts .acid reflux
