Sir, I felt burning in stomach for past 2 weeks, had tested endoscopy, they informed me that I am facing mild antral gastritis, Pls guide me what precautions , I need to take,suggest food to take n avoid

Mild antral gastritis may be due to a bacterial infection called H. Pylori. Please check if your doctor has tested for this. If the result of testing is positive you will need to take anti-H.pylori treatment. In any case you will need a course of medications to heal the gastritis which I'm sure your doctor has advised.

Health Tips

Avoid tea, coffee, spicy food and alcohol. Eat small meals at regular intervals of time. Take adequate amount of water.
