Burning in in toilet place

Hi, I am mis. Mehta , I am 24year old . I am unmarried . since, last 5 days I have so much itching and burning on toilet place . I can't understand how to do solve plz give me some ideas . Because in near my right now documentary is not available . Plz suggest me how can I solve this problem . Thank you
