Burn by the bike silencer on the nack under chin there is the skin is fully burned and complete skin is red like blood.treatment is going continous under asurgeon but i am not satisfy with progress.is a physician os better or a surgeon in this case i am living at jhunjhunu please tell me where can i consult for this.
