Burning and pain near chest and nipple

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Dear Doctor, My age is 33 and weight is 105. I take regular tablets of high blood pressure and rosuvastatin for cholesterol. Since last some days I feel pain and burning near chest and near by of nipple. So is this cardiac or heart problem or it is muscular problem. There is no any pain in shoulder, vomiting and other any problems. Please suggest is this cardiac pain or muscular pain
