This is due to piles complain or fissure problem.  Temporary relief u can use heat and  ice pack alternate around anus area.  Bt without medication it will not corrected.  So take homeopathic medicine with proper consultation.  Use ample of water and avoid using spicy food.  Take fiber rich diet and yoghurt in ur food.
