Hello This could be due to dryness Try A cold compresses B use lubricating eyedrop frequently like refresh tears Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly consult local Ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done Regards

It seems to be allergic conjunctivitis. For confirmation,Please share a close up pic of your eyes with detailed information about discharge redness watering pain swelling itching and blurring of vision or consult an ophthalmologist nearby.
