Asked for Female, 17 Years

My 3 day out burn popped today and I wrapped it and put on polyspoirn. After my day of work took off dressing and found green/yellow crust covering part of it. It is sore to touch but doesn't appear red around the burn. Is it infected? I poured water over it and put a new dressing on.
