Bumps On Penis After Receiving Oral Sex

I've received unprotected oral sex from a woman who says she was HIV positive. Maybe like a week later, there are two small vertical bumps that are in a straight line on the side of my penis and have been there for over a month after and are still there. One of the bumps are lightly raised and flesh colored. I don't know if she had any dental problems or not.The bumps never went away. She claimed that her viral load is undetectable and that there is a guarantee I won't catch anything, but IDK.

Hmmmm Its better to undergo HIV test for you also as your partner is reportedly HIV positive though viral load is not known. Please also undergo other STD test as bumps and ulcers are persisting after oral sex(tests for syphilis, HSV etc)
