Asked for Female, 21 Years

I've got bumps like these on my vagina... They became prominent 3 months back after i got yeast infection...i have had no recent sexual encounter as well.. Last was 2.5 years back... Are these matter of concern...i downloaded this picture from Google but mine resemble this... Mine are not this prominent... They are visible only when stretched... Is this a matter of concern?
