Bumps around the vigina opening

For the past 3 months I have notice some bumps around my viginal opening. They look abit like skin tags but only hurt during sex but recently I have been experienceing some pain while having a wee. They're not contagious as my boyfriend does not have them

These tags are hymenal tags most probably. During sex the hymen tears off and these torn hymen exists as tags around the vaginal opening. It could also be warts. Please consult a gynecologist and get treated. Hymenal tags dont need any treatment. Its a natural consequence of sex
