Bump on lower side of scrotum skin

Asked for Male, 27 Years

There is reddish bump growth on my scrotum skin at lower end. It is painful. A week ago i shaved the place and since then it has grown i think. Although it doesn't seem to have any puss in it. What can I do about it? Any treatment or tests?
