Its impetigo... Apply Mupirocin ointment..May i know weight of baby.
According to that i can Give Amoxyclavulanate syp. If pain is there add shp Ibugesic 5 ml sos. Rest assured. It will take 7 days to resolve.

Apply Tbact / Mupirocin ointment...if It's size is increasing then consult pediatrician

Apply warm compress 3-4 times a day. Apply T bact ointment 3-4 times a day. Keep scalp clean. Don't pluck or squuze. If it increases in size after 5-7 days, then oral antibiotics are needed
