Bulky uterus with left follicularcrystal

My age is 30.I have one son .one month back my stomach is paining in the left ovary.I have done the ultrasound scanning by the doctor.she told that I have follicular crystal in the left ovary with bulky uterus.now I am using the medicines.is it more serious?can I get pregnant.I am worrying about I get pregnant or not for another baby
