Bulky uterus and fibroid

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I did a scan and it showed that I have bulky uterus ( dimension are 60mm x 76mm)(AP x length). Fibroid in the anterior wall measure the biggest 30mm x 32mm. Pls what can I do. Have been trying to conceive for more than 3yrs. Can this affect fertility

Fibroid ll effect fertility if its submucosal nd obstructing ny tube.. Also if its distorting cavity.. Otherwise not much effect.. If u r trying to conceive there cn b other reasons also.. initiate a direct consult for further management and discussion
