  4. Bulky fibroid uterus. Is necessary?

Hi doctor,my mother's age 48 yrs and she is suffering from bulky fibroid uterus with the size 164x115x146 mm.anteverted bulky uterus with no differenctiation of myometrium & endometrium seen.In this case surgery is necessary?? Medicine/Ayurveda any chance to cure it.please do reply me
