Bubble guts in my nuts??

Asked for Male, 24 Years

There is something gong on downstairs. I have a random bubbling sensation around my testicles and it comes and goes regularly. Got tested even though I'm not active and nothing comes up. Feels like fluids are moving around in my scrotum. Please help explain. It hurts sometimes and is all together bothering me tremendously. My testicles have cysts on them. Got those looked at. They are not cancerous. Not binighn < spell check
