Small babies have what is called periodic breathing,i.e,they'll take fast breaths for some time, and then breath slowly,it's normal.
But if breathing is continuously rapid,OR accompanied by other symptoms like wheezing or whistling sounds in the breathing or coughing or fever or dullness and refusal to feed, consult your paediatrician asap.
Shivering too,is normal IF it stops on gently holding the legs when it's shivering.
If it doesn't stop on holding, consult your paediatrician.
