Dear sir madam, my baby is 1year 11months Old today morning he got fever and loose motion so we gone to doctore and get a report two Thinks is mentioned in report :
1 WBC count 12.51 (which is out of range 4-12)
2 NEUT 75.7% (which is also out of range 40-70%)
Doctor Prescribe:
1. BRUTACEF O 100 MG (1/2 Morning AND 1 in Night)
(but as i have searched in many site mentioned this tablet should not given less than 10 year child ) kindly help me out for this

Stop bottle feeding and breastfeeding if given.
Give ors after every loose motion if watery.
Give just 2 top milk feeds using a glass and 4 solid meals including curd and Banana in the diet in addition to whatever you prepare at home.
Add syp vizylac 5 ml twice a day for 5 days.
Give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
If not improving in 3 days OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician.
