I was at the park yesterday and I jumped on a zip wire and a big chain whacked against my vagina and it bled a little bit and now there is something that looks like a blood blister just a bit inside of it

Give it a few days,it should resolve on its own,but since it is on a sensitive place u may take an antibiotic course orally so that there is no Infection there.
Take a inj TT ..tetanus inj for safety purpose.
In case there is any pain u may take enzoflam twice a day.
